Any cosmetic cream which can hide acne scars very dramatically?

i,ve heard in a one t.v show about that, there are few cosmetic creams which can very dramatically hide the scars of ance, burn skin and other skin problems, and all that, i suffered with too much ance, so my face got ruined by scars and all kind of an acne after effects, so does anyone know about that creams?? which i wear before going out, surgery is very expensive,and i dont wanna look bad anyone...!!Any cosmetic cream which can hide acne scars very dramatically?
