My almost 2 month old still has baby acne flare ups and really dry skin. My girlfriend has a baby as well and used this on her face and it cleared up. Im getting mixed feelings about putting this product on her face. I know its only suppose to be used a couple of times sparingly.....what do you think? Is 0.5 % cortisone cream safe to put on my babys face?
Infant acne is not a major issue anyway. Use wipes with moisturizer lotion or shea butter to clean your baby's face a couple of times a day, and don't worry about it.
Cortisone is a steroid. Using it on your baby will throw off the delicate balance of hormones that your baby's body needs to do all of its work.Is 0.5 % cortisone cream safe to put on my babys face?
NO
Keep the cortisone off your baby
I suggest that you use breast milk. Many antibodies in breast milk, will not hard the baby and the cost is just right. besides it works
No.If your are not breast feeding try changing the formula the baby is drinking. I had the same problem with my son and found that when I changed his formula the rash went away. It could be allergies to milk products. Ask our doctor.
